The Bedford Village Inn and Restaurant, whose foundations are rooted deeply in New England history is a recipient of AAA Four Diamond Awards for 21 consecutive years, 11 Awards of Excellence from Distinctive Restaurants of North America, and 17 annual Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence. It was recently voted Best Restaurant in the State and Best Brunch offered in New Hampshire.

Eight dining rooms has a distinct atmosphere – its own personality. Nowhere is this more apparent than in their cozy informal Tap Room. Drop in for a quick lunch with co-workers or a relaxed dinner with old chums. Tuck yourself into one of the pickety little nooks while you try to make your decision, but be warned: though the tavern is casual, we think you’ll be impressed by the lighter fare available on the Tap Room menu. But if you prefer to have a fuller luncheon or anything from our complete dinner menu we’ll be glad to serve that along with any selection from our celebrated wine cellars. With the brass footrest at the bar, the room is straight out of an old English novel – complete with hearth, hanging copper pans, wide oak planks and classic hunter green walls. You can practically hear Delderfield holding forth by the taps.
